So after those long 31 days in the NICU, London was finally able to come home!! Home Sweet Home!! Little did I know that that mommy hood wasn't all glitter rainbows, sunflowers, and singing blue birds. When I think back upon London's first couple of months its kinda of all a blur. That might have been because I was so sleep deprived and stressed out, I was trying to wipe it from my memory. Dont get me wrong I wouldn't trade lil London for anything but MAN..its hard work and requires soo much patientce. I honestly had no idea that a newborn could be such a challenge.
- Every 2-3 hour feedings
- Blowout poopy diapers
- Yummy soured milky spit up
- Crying spells that lasted hours
Having experienced everything that goes along with the newborn stage I feel like a stronger person which in return has made me a better mom.
